Meet The Team

Director
Steve Lamarre
Steve Lamarre is deeply passionate about living a life for Jesus and channeling his personal experiences to support others on their mental health journeys. Following a diverse technical career as an IT manager, network administrator, and college instructor, Steve faced a series of profound personal health challenges, receiving multiple mental illness diagnoses starting in 2017 and navigating a major crisis in 2019. He had a transformative healing experience in 2021, ultimately stepping into ministry as a credentialed pastor in 2022 to offer hope-filled leadership to his community.
Combining his lived experience with formal training, Steve became a certified CBT Life Coach in 2025 to equip others with practical tools for mental and spiritual wellness. He openly shares his ongoing journey with mental illness to demonstrate that recovery and healing are often a journey we walk, not a destination, inspiring resilience and proving that life is worth living through Christ. Supported by his wife, Sharon, and their three adored children, Steve remains dedicated to fostering deep mentorship, breaking down stigma, and helping individuals discover holistic healing.
